The Plume Mudguard is set to be one of the most popular and exciting bicycle accessories of 2014 and Bells and Whistles is proud to be New Zealand's stockists.

Many plastic mudguards lose shape and with the Plume you have the welcomed convenience of being able to recoil your mudguard when you don't need it, removing the unwanted bulky look on your bicycle. It's build from tough materials and has been vigorously tested to ensure peak performance.

This innovative and quality product is about to go to production and should be available in July of this year.

THE STORY SO FAR

After riding in London's wet streets, getting plastic mudguards stolen, or breaking them in conditions most people would consider tame, we decided something better needed to exist.  Plume is the result of years of uphill development, the support of thousands of cyclists from around the world on Kickstarter.com, and a group of British manufacturers who were brave (or blind) enough to work on a strange project with almost no money behind it at the start.

The Plume mudguard has been nominated for the Designs Of The Year Award by the London Design Museum.
